Join Mark, and Wildlife Worldwide founder, Chris Breen on an unforgettable wildlife photography adventure in the spectacular landscapes of Torres del Paine in southern Chile, with a particular focus on photographing its magnificent pumas. Based at a private ranch bordering Laguna Amarga, one of the world’s finest locations for close-up, unobstructed and beautifully lit puma photography, we’ll work alongside expert local trackers who monitor puma activity and share regular updates by radio. This allows us to maximise our chances of finding these elusive cats and positioning ourselves for exceptional photographic opportunities. Access to private estancia land offers a significant advantage, allowing us to move more freely than within the National Park. With greater flexibility to follow puma behaviour and respond to changing conditions, we can carefully consider photographic angles, backgrounds and light, creating the best possible opportunities to capture these extraordinary animals in their natural environment.
