Trap-feeding Eden’s Whales of Thailand

Trap-feeding Eden’s Whales of Thailand

This very special trip has one specific objective: the chance to see and photograph one of the most extraordinary whale behaviours on the planet – Eden’s whales trap-feeding. Each day, we’ll head out on an exclusively chartered boat operated by the area’s pioneering whale-watching company, which has played a key role in promoting responsible wildlife ecotourism and has an exceptionally experienced crew. We’ll be a small group of no more than six guests, plus Mark and crew. The low-lying vessel is ideal for photography, offering superb eye-level encounters with the whales. Although it can accommodate up to 15 passengers, we have deliberately limited numbers to ensure plenty of deck space for observing and photographing this remarkable behaviour, which is rarely seen anywhere else on Earth.
